At FAVI, you'll be the person who opens doors to new e-shop partners and the one they call when they want to grow their results even further. It's a mix of sales energy and account-management care - plus a good dose of data to back it all up.

What is this job about?

Find and reach out to potential partners, lead negotiations, and onboard new clients.
Build your own portfolio and create sales materials that convert.
🤝 Account management
Be the main contact for your partners and keep them happy.
Review performance regularly and bring data-driven improvement ideas.
📊 Tools & collaboration
Work daily with Google Analytics, GoodData, Hubspot, ClickUp, LinkedIn, Notion, and Slack.
Team up with marketing, sales, and catalog colleagues, and share insights with other markets.
🌍 Growth & visibility
Represent FAVI externally (presentations, conferences) and spot new opportunities.
Join trainings to keep sharpening your skills.
Who we're looking for:
Native-level Croatian, with excellent communication skills.
English at a communicative level (B2+) - our team has almost 70 people, including native speakers for every market, so daily English is a must.
1+ year of experience in business development, sales, account management, client support, or customer care.
Experience acquiring new clients is a big plus.
Comfortable with a CRM (ideally Hubspot) and an analytical mindset.
Open to using AI tools to work smarter and faster (e.g. for research, prep, or admin tasks).
A proactive, business-minded approach - you don't wait for things to happen, you make them happen.
A general overview of digital marketing and e-commerce is a plus.
